Shipping Policy for Buying Sheet Music Online at SheetMusicMan.org
Please Note: We Do Not Ship Via Postal Service. Our only form of delivery is via
E-mail.
All of our “Big Band Category charts, as well as Blues, Funk And Soul, Seventet
(A), Las Vegas Stage Show (A) and Swing Rock" are downloadable. These arrangements
can be accessed through the "Browser Bar" at the top of the page. On the
chart Details (view) page you will see a shopping basket for that chart. Proceeding
through the purchase process will allow you to automatically download that chart.
You will have one hour from the time of purchase to complete your download.
All other charts must be ordered from our catalogue supply warehouse. They are sent
to us for conversion to PDF file format. We then will e-mail a PDF formatted copy
to you for your files.
It generally takes ten days to two weeks for a chart to be sent from our supplier
to us, then be converted to a PDF format and shipped via e-mail to the customer.
The only exception to that is if we use an express service such as UPS, FedEx or
Purolator these services can cost upwards of $40.00 per package for overnight delivery.
We will accommodate a customers request to have their chart shipped overnight express
at the customers expense.
