in our data base your information is kept strictly private. We can access this information
to up-date you on which purchases you made even several years later. When you register
and make a purchase you can return to the site and download a copy of you purchase
if you have lost the original even if it is several years in the future you are
also eligible for an special promotions which we will advise you about through our
"Newsletter which you will receive each month if you choose to do so.
Instrumentation and Vocals:
Question: I see 5/4/4/4 on the page. What does this mean?
Answer: This is the instrumentation configuration in which the arrangement is written.
For example, 5/4/4/4 designates that the arrangement has been written for 5 Saxophones,
4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones, Piano, Guitar, Bass and Drums. This information is also
available on the details page.
Question: What does MV, FV, and VGR mean?
Answer: MV stands for Male Vocal. FV stands for Female Vocal, and VGR stands for
Vocal Group. However, it should be noted that vocal charts do not necessarily have
vocal lyric and lead sheets associated with the arrangement.
Question: Do all charts have a conductors score with them?
Answer: No, most do not have conductor’s scores.
Question: Can I use this chart for a Performance I will be doing.
Answer: Arrangements can only be used for public performance with the expressed
consent of the copyright owners. It is the responsibility of the artists to insure
that they are using the arrangement legally.
Question: What is the level of difficulty of these arrangements?
Answer: All of our arrangements are professional level charts in terms of their
difficulty. In most cases they will be above the level of high school or community
and hobby bands.
Sales:
Question: I do not have a credit card can I send you a cheque for the chart I want
to buy
Answer: We use Paypal exclusively for all of our transaction. We do not accept cheques
or credit cards directly. All transaction must be placed through the “Add to Cart”
button on our site.
Question: If I decide I don’t like the chart can I return it and get my money back?
Answer: All sales are final. We do not refund except in the situation where a customer
has a problem with their transaction with Paypal such as paying twice for the same
chart. In this event we refund the second payment less any fees charged by Paypal.
Our charts are sold on the condition that what you see is what you get. The purchaser
is responsible for assuring for themselves that the sheet music they are buying
is what they want.
Question: I picked an arrangement and completed payment then discovered that it
wasn’t the chart I wanted. I haven’t downloaded the chart can I change to the one
I want
Answer: We will cancel the purchase for the original arrangement and issue a new
chart to you of your choosing. This arrangement will be ship by e-mail.
Question: I completed the purchase and did all of the things I was supposed to do
and the chart didn’t download?
Answer: On rare occasions, the download may encounter problems with other systems,
servers and computers. We will issue the arrangement to you via e-mail.
Question: Once I buy a chart how many downloads can I do.
Answer: Only one download per sale is allowed.
